Joint activities of state and private sector representatives are organized in the agrocomplex under the name of "One window" principle. State and private institutions provide efficient services to fruit and vegetable producers and exporters involved in import-export and transit operations with a unified system. The high quality of the provided service plays an important role in organizing operations more conveniently, efficiently and quickly.

Based on the use of innovative technologies in its activity, Agrokompleks remains faithful to this tradition in storage, sorting and palletizing services. The cold storage complex with a total capacity of 18,000 tons is equipped with modern technology made in Italy and features Dynamic Atmospheric Control (DAC). Also, the MAF RODA equipment from the infrastructure facilities enables sorting and palletizing 4 tons of cherries and 5-6 tons of stone and stone fruits per hour.

Public catering facilities were also built in the Agrocomplex for the purpose of multifaceted organization of the provided service. Thus, there is a Business Center, a 22-room hotel, a restaurant-canteen complex that can serve 150 people, a gas station, a technical service center for trucks, and a car wash.

One of the main support services provided by "FoodCity Agrocomplex" to producers and suppliers of agricultural products is to connect them on a single platform. The Exchange, with a total area of 2506 m², serves to display the products of local and foreign manufacturers in a market-type showroom and establish buyer-seller relations without mediation.

One of the most important components included in the ecosystem of the agrocomplex is the food safety laboratory. In the laboratory, it is possible to carry out the following analyzes of 24 types and about 400 numbers daily:

• Quarantine expertise
• Toxicology
• Physico-chemical
• Phytopathological
• Molecular-biological

In the customs zone, which is part of the ecosystem of the agrocomplex, there are 4-chamber refrigerators and 1 closed-type temporary customs warehouses. 4-chamber refrigerating warehouses cover an area of 1556 m³, and a closed type storage warehouse covers an area of 7638 m³. In addition, the X-Ray inspection system operates in the customs zone. The system has the potential to serve 20-25 trucks per hour.

The Logistics Center, which is one of the main components of the agrocomplex, combines both Dalan railway and truck terminals. The logistics center has the capacity to handle 500,000 tons per year. The truck terminal has space for parking 150 trucks and static and axle-type truck scales capable of servicing 200 trucks per day. Dalan railway terminal and loading platform have a total capacity of 130 cars. The terminal allows simultaneous loading and unloading of 65 wagons. The Logistics Center covers a total area of 18,200 m².
